Mel Mah
Mindfulness Coach, Calm
Mel Mah is a dancer, filmmaker, and yoga teacher from Richmond Hill in Ontario, Canada. She’s the Co-Founder and Director of the organization “YOU GOT THIS, GIRL” which employs meditation and yoga to empower women to pursue their goals through cultivating positivity, self-confidence, and mindfulness.

Shannon Rowbury
3x Olympian & Olympic Bronze Medalist
Shannon’s profound understanding of sports, leadership, and innovative thinking make her uniquely qualified to add value to any setting. One of the most accomplished U.S. track athletes of all time, she spent a decade ranked top 10 in the world. Shannon’s athletic honors include Olympic Bronze Medalist, 3x Olympian, and World Record Holder. Off the track, Shannon has represented the U.S. Department of State as a Sports Envoy to Morocco. She graduated from Duke University with honors and holds General Management Certificates from Harvard, Tuck & IMD. She is also a sports broadcaster, most recently working for NBC Olympics as a Distance Analyst. Her leadership workbook Medalist Mindset™ leverages the sports performance principles of Olympic athletes to help others elevate their game.

Karen R. Stewart, MD
National Clinical Lead for Collaborative Care, Kaiser Permanente
Karen R. Stewart, MD, is a board-certified adult and child/adolescent psychiatrist and a leader in the field of mental health integration. She serves as the National Clinical Lead for Collaborative Care at Kaiser Permanente and the Chief of Behavioral Health at The Southeast Permanente Medical Group. Prior to attending medical school, Dr Stewart was a chemistry teacher at a local private school. Dr. Stewart earned her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine and completed her residency in adult psychiatry and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Emory University. She is deeply passionate about developing programs that integrate mental health services into primary care settings, reflecting her commitment to improving access to mental health care and reducing disparities for marginalized communities.
