Making It Work: Workplace Mental Health with HR Brew

World Mental Health Day is a pretty apt moment to take stock of your organization’s mental health care and wellness offerings. According to Calm’s 2024 Voice of the Workplace report, despite an increased focus on mental health support in the workplace over the past few years, 69% of employees say their mental health has gotten worse or stayed the same in the past year.

So, how do we combat this downward trend? By lifting up strategies designed to support comprehensive well-being programs.

Learn how to close this gap in this virtual event, where we sit down with Calm’s VP of People and their Head of People Ops for a pivotal convo about implementing mental health programs that move beyond a “check the box” mentality and create lasting cultural change instead.
