This year’s Women’s History Month, beginning March 1, celebrates the women who dedicate their lives to educating and inspiring others across all generations. In their honor, we’re excited to share a selection of Calm Health content authored and narrated by inspiring and diverse women leaders. Listeners can follow their lead to relax, rebalance, and navigate through challenging experiences.

- Your Menstrual Cycle: Tools for Self-Care, Dr. Juli Fraga, PsyD
Understand the power and pitfalls of your menstrual cycle and learn evidence-based tools to prepare and take better care of yourself. The program was developed by Dr. Juli Fraga, a psychologist who’s been practicing for nearly 20 years with a focus on women’s health concerns and trauma.
- Support for Women Veterans, Dr. Tara Golavski, PhD
This six-episode program for women military veterans offers evidence-based tools and practical advice designed to help strengthen relationships, manage stress, and boost well-being. The program was developed by Dr. Tara Galovski, director of the Women’s Health Sciences Division at the VA’s National Center for PTSD, and is narrated by Lt. Colonel Lisa Jaster, a mother, wife, and soldier who left active duty in 2007.
