Scientists have found that daily gratitude practices can restructure our brains for positive thinking, regulate stress levels, enhance our state of happiness, and much more. Research has shown daily gratitude can be beneficial in a myriad of ways—from better health and sleep to strong interpersonal connections. But oftentimes we let our to-do lists get the better of us and even if we do have the time, it’s common to not know how to begin a gratitude practice.
