Calm Health Becomes Newest Benefit in the Solera Network, Expanding Support to Millions
PALO ALTO, CA (January 21, 2026) – Calm Health, the evidence-based mental health platform from the makers of Calm, today announced it has joined the Solera Network for employers and health plans, expanding access to trusted mental health support for more than 16 million individuals.
Through this partnership, all Solera Health customers can now integrate Calm Health into their benefits ecosystem to support their employees and members.

Calm Health delivers members personalized plans based on an onboarding mental health screening and questionnaire. Plans include recommendations such as general mindfulness and sleep content and self-guided programs developed by psychologists for specific mental health needs, conditions, and life stages.
Calm Health can also guide people to additional support in their benefits, such as an EAP or therapy offering, when higher-acuity support is needed or relevant condition-specific benefits, such as fertility or chronic care management.
