We’ve created a cadence for this year that you can consider incorporating in your mental health programming. The content for each month is evergreen in nature—meaning you can use them at any time depending on what your workforce is facing. Our recommendation is to send the templates at least once a month to increase awareness and engagement with Calm’s offerings.
