Purchasing a plan for your organization with 5+ employees offers a robust set of advanced engagement features, behavioral analytics, and access for dependents. Each individual receives access to the full Calm content library, which is the same in-app experience found in an individually purchased subscription to Calm Premium.

The cost of your plan is based on the number of covered lives you purchase. Purchasing more seats will lead to a larger discount offer. When Calm is purchased for your team or organization, the payment method provided at checkout (ACH and most major credit and debit cards) will be billed as one up-front payment for the full year at the time of purchase. We cannot offer invoicing, purchase orders, or payment by check. The subscription is activated immediately and set to automatically renew at the end of each annual billing period. Note: At this time, we only offer Calm as an annual subscription, set to renew each year. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time from within the Calm Partner Portal.
Your Calm subscription begins as soon as it is purchased and is set to auto-renew yearly.
People you invite to join your Calm benefit can redeem one of the seats at any time as long as the subscription is active. The timing of the redemption will not change the auto-renewal date of the subscription. For example, if a team member waits three months to redeem their seat, the auto-renewal date of the subscription will still be one year from the date of purchase.
Calm is set to renew annually; auto-renewal can be disabled at any time from within the Calm Partner Portal. Once disabled, team members will continue to have access to Calm Premium until the current subscription period ends.
As your team size changes, you can upload a new eligibility file at any time within the Calm Partner Portal to adjust who has access to the Calm benefit, allowing you to add or remove multiple team members at once. Please note that if a new eligibility file exceeds the number of purchased seats, you will be prompted to purchase additional covered lives on your plan. You will not be able to decrease the number of covered lives within the current subscription period.
After completing your purchase, you’ll be prompted to create a login for your Partner Portal, where you can upload your list of eligible team members’ email addresses. As soon as the file is uploaded, you can send a launch announcement from within the Portal, alerting your employees to activate their Calm account via a unique URL. The Partner Portal houses several engagement strategies, resources, and templates that you can use to promote Calm within your organization on an ongoing basis.
The Calm Partner Portal also allows you to view aggregated data on how your group is using Calm, including sign-up rate, engagement rate, the type of content most often listened to, and more. Please note, that data will be shared in aggregate once 10 or more team members have redeemed their benefit, as we do not share identifying information per our Privacy Policy.
