Your mental health journey is a marathon, not a sprint. Taking small steps every day can have big, positive impacts in the long run.

That’s why we created the Small Steps, Big Impact Challenge. Between May 13 – 24, you’ll receive a challenge email every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Each email will include one core Calm content piece that’ll take you less than 10 minutes to complete and an additional resource to help you navigate life’s ups and downs while improving your overall well-being.
